Dear Parent/Guardian,Bonnybrook Pharmacy, on behalf of the HSE, will be administering the Flu Vaccine for students in the school. Any student between the ages of 2-17 years of age, over 16’s can self consent, can receive the annual Flu vaccine for free. The vaccine is administered as a nasal spray.

Consent forms are available in the school should your child wish to uptake the vaccine. Students will be informed of the availability of the form via the intercom over the coming days.
If your son/daughter are going to receive the vaccine, please ensure that you fill in the form and get your son/daughter to return the form immediately to the school once completed.
